You smiled and called me Kido,
You held me to your side.
You’d laugh and whisper in my ear,
In the bellies of trains we would hide.

We met one horrible night,
in the fury of a disgruntled train.
Me, escaping my kidnapper,
And you escaping the rain.

We rode and talked for hours
Your voice so inviting and true.
We laughed and flirted, just escaped for awhile,
I guess you could say, I was drawn to you.

You told me where you stayed,
Under the bridge, your second choice.
But the first, the forest, was your favorite place,
I could hear it in your voice.

So I lowered my tone and begged.
Begged you to share your wandering style.
‘I don’t even want to go back home,’
‘Just to stay with you awhile.’

You laughed like it was natural
The girl that begged to stay
You laughed like you were happy to see,
a girl to dance your way.

So we lived in the trains,
under bridges and in the trees.
Life with you, my protector…
Well, it was just a breeze.
Quoi! Une fin heureuse!? Non!!!
Have your ever had a feeling that drives you nuts because you can not tack it down? Can't do it justice? :<
